What counts as a seat?+

Any active (non-offboarded) employee in the system. When you offboard someone, your seat count — and your bill — adjusts automatically.

Is there really no card for the trial?+

Correct. Your 14-day trial unlocks every feature with no card required. Add billing only when you decide to keep going.

Can I change plans later?+

Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your settings — changes prorate automatically, and your seat count stays in sync.
